DEEP CLEANing

The items cleaned between our Deep Clean and Maintenance Clean are the same, but the difference is the amount of build up or work it will take to get your space as clean as possible. Pricing is subject to increase depending on size and condition. If you are new to cleaning services or looking for a one time clean, our Deep Clean is going to be for you!
MAINTENANCE CLEANing
$150+
Maintenance Cleans are for new clients looking for recurring services. That can look like weekly, biweekly, monthly, or even quarterly. We do a deep clean the first time but honor your Maintenance Clean pricing. We will determine your unique-to-you rate during a video consultation.
MOVE OUT cleaning
$400+
If you are a property manager, realtor, renting a home, selling your home, or purchasing a home, you will be booking our Move Out Clean. (This applies to moving out OR moving in!) Our Move Out Cleans are a little more thorough than our standard Deep Clean, and this is reflected in our pricing. Our goal is to completely remove any dust, grime, hair, and other lived in dirt leftover by the previous family to welcome the new family with a clean slate!
COMMERCIAL CLEANING
$125+
Good Day Cleaning proudly services small businesses in the Tulsa Metro including but not limited to offices, hair salons, spas, chiropractic care, gyms, and business leasing centers. To determine your commercial rate, we will schedule a walk through of the entire property and discuss your individual needs.
AIR BNB (STR) CLEANing
$125+
Our STR Cleanings start at $125 and increase depending on size and number of beds. We are committed to finding the details, presentation, clean laundry, and stocking or refilling guest items. Through a detailed consultation, we will determine the best way to establish a 2 way partnership & smooth turnover experience!
POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
$400+
After the dust settles, we bring the shine. Our Post Construction and New Build Cleaning services are designed to transform your newly built or renovated space into a spotless, move-in ready environment. Whether it’s a residential home, commercial property, or multi-unit development, we handle the final clean-up with precision, flexibility, and care.
